Job summary

Concreat Holdings Philippines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage semi-monthly and off-cycle payroll, ensure tax compliance, and support month-end closes. You will coordinate with Accounting and HR to maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years PH payroll experience, a degree in HR/Accounting/Finance, and strong analytical skills. This role requires confidentiality and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting or Finance.
• 2–3 years PH payroll experience.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal partners.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate end-to-end payroll processing for semi-monthly, off-cycle payroll and final pay calculations.
• Deductions and remittance of government-m mandated contributions/deductions.
• Withholding and reporting of local payroll taxes including Tax Annualization.
• Resolve complex payroll processing issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.
• Stay informed about changes in Philippine payroll laws and regulations.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports for Accounting, HR and Management.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll-related audit activities and inquiries.
• Support Month-end closing activities by reconciling payroll accounts.
• Review and analyze monthly compensation accruals and expenses.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvements.
