Qualifications

• Graduate of BS/AB Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• With experience in payroll processing or HR-related work is an advantage.
• Knowledge of attendance monitoring, overtime, leave, and payroll computations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Willing to work in Parañaque City.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and processing of employee payroll.
• Collect, check, and maintain attendance records, timesheets, DTRs, overtime, leave forms, and other payroll-related documents.
• Encode and verify employee attendance and payroll data.
• Assist in monitoring salary deductions, loans, benefits, and other payroll adjustments.
• Coordinate with site personnel and employees regarding attendance and payroll concerns.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll and employee records.
• Assist in preparing payroll reports and other HR/payroll documents.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documents before payroll processing.
• Perform other HR and payroll-related tasks as assigned.
