Job summary

Sprout Solutions in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to handle accurate and timely payroll processing while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include processing end-to-end payroll, managing attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances; ensuring timely government contributions; preparing payroll reports; and coordinating with HR and Finance to resolve inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing; fresh candidates with relevant payroll experience may also be considered.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll practices and statutory contributions.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRIS systems.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Amenable to work onsite.
• Amenable to an AM shift.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll and ensure accurate salary calculations.
• Manage attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances, and other payroll adjustments.
• Ensure timely processing of government-mandated contributions and payroll-related requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate employee payroll records.
• Address and resolve payroll-related concerns and employee inquiries.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure smooth payroll processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll information.
