About the role

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Finance and Administration team in Makati City, Metro Manila.

This role offering a strategic opportunity to manage comprehensive payroll operations whilst ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will play a vital role in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organisation, directly impacting employee satisfaction and company financial management.

What you'll be doing

• Processing monthly payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements for all volume employees
• Maintaining and reconciling payroll records and employee files in compliance with local and corporate policies
• Managing payroll systems, particularly SAP and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
• Preparing payroll reports, payslips, and statutory documentation for submission to relevant government agencies
• Reconciling payroll accounts and identifying and resolving discrepancies or payment errors
• Ensuring compliance with Philippine labour laws, taxation requirements, and company payroll policies
• Processing employee benefits, allowances, bonuses, and other compensation components
• Supporting the conduct of employee inquiries related to payroll, compensation, and benefits
• Collaborating with Human Resources and Finance departments to maintain payroll data integrity
• Assisting with payroll audits and providing documentation as required

What we're looking for

• Graduate of Human Resources, Business, Accounting or related
• Proven 2-3 years experience as a Payroll for volume number of employees
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and HRIS platforms, with hands-on experience in payroll modules
• Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations, taxes, and statutory requirements including BIR, SSS, PHILHEALTH, and PAGIBIG compliance
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software applications
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management
