The successful candidate will handle attendance, overtime, deductions, and payroll reports, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with government mandates.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll processing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll, withholding tax, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Adept at meeting strict deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, and employee updates.
• Calculate payroll and review exceptions before finalization.
• Prepare bank files, payroll reports, payslips, and reconciliation schedules.
• Coordinate payroll inquiries and corrections with employees and HR.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and statutory contribution data.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Payroll Specialist will process accurate payroll and statutory deductions within required deadlines. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and validate attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, and employee updates.
• Calculate payroll and review exceptions before finalization.
• Prepare bank files, payroll reports, payslips, and reconciliation schedules.
• Coordinate payroll inquiries and corrections with employees and HR.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and statutory contribution data.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College Level or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of payroll processing experience preferred.
• Payroll processing experience and strong numerical accuracy.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll, withholding tax, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll or HR systems.
• Able to meet strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
