Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage bi-monthly payroll for a large workforce. You will work closely with HR teams to verify changes and ensure accurate pay runs.

The role requires handling confidential information with professionalism and maintaining precise data across systems. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of payroll experience in a Call Center or BPO, strong Excel skills, and flexibility for mid to night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years payroll experience in a Call Center or BPO.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information autonomously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to data accuracy.
• Experience handling 1,500 to 2,500 employees.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) is an advantage.
• Midshift schedule but open to shifting schedule including Nightshift if needed.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-monthly payroll for all employees at the assigned site.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and HR to verify payroll changes.
• Ensure payroll changes are reflected in upcoming pay runs.
• Review and reconcile payroll instructions before submission for approval.
• Prepare accurate payroll reports in a timely manner.
• Address employee payroll inquiries and requests.
• Assist with ad hoc payroll, benefits, and personnel items as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Respond promptly to process-related inquiries.
• Process Final Pay for resigned/terminated employees.
• Handle ATM applications for new hires.
• Conduct New Employee Orientation for Support and Operations.
