Payroll Operations Partner at Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines Inc. will oversee the end-to-end payroll process, coordinating with People Shared Services and ensuring accurate, timely bank processing within defined SLAs.
The role requires 3–5 years in Payroll and Benefits Processing, a relevant degree, and readiness to work six days per week in Misamis Oriental.

The Payroll Operations Partner will manage the end-to-end payroll processing in coordination with the People Shared Services - OPI/VIP, Hazard Pay, Temporary Free Day, Attendance Correction, Pay Calculator, checking and submission to assigned processor. He/She will be responsible in the validation of payroll reports, making sure to sign-off the correct and final version for bank processing within the set timeline.
Prepares payroll templates on Loans, OPI, VIP, attendance, and other special endorsements or inclusion
Prepares payroll reports, bi-monthly and monthly – OT, Absenteeism, Man-hours and Hash Basic
Works hand-in-hand with Payroll Advisor and with the POL in checking other areas needed to running payroll with accurate data and within the SLA
Point person in receiving, checking, addressing and analyzing payroll concerns that are subject for adjustment and correction
Leads improvements in payroll processing and data presentation
Ensures timely release of final pay for separated associates through coordination with Offboarding and Online Clearance creation and tracking.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related fields is required
Must be willing to work 6 days a week
At least 1 year of experience in an FMCG is preferred
Can start ASAP
At least 3 to 5 years experience in Payroll and Benefits Processing
General Competencies: Keen eye for details, capturing critical data to ensure the payroll run accuracy; Ability to make the right decisions in ambiguous situations and complex group of people; and Effective communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with vast number of associates in people servicing
Technical Competencies: Have the basic corporate knowledge on government mandated benefit, DOLE wage orders and CBA economic provisions; and Analytics on HR data
