CloudPay Philippines Inc. is seeking an Associate Payroll Onboarding Consultant to join our hybrid team. You will onboard new clients onto our global payroll platform, configuring solutions and supporting payroll project delivery.

The role emphasizes a white-glove client experience, collaboration across teams, and growth into an implementation expert. The ideal candidate has payroll or HRIS implementation experience, strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to learn

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing or HRIS implementation.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement payroll projects and execute designated tasks as part of the payroll processing on behalf of customers, on time and accurately.
• Provide support to customers on all payroll related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including back-up coverage for holidays or emergencies.
• Identify and address both business and technical needs of customers to provide a quality and consistent user experience.
• Configure, test and implement the designed solution, in alignment with global requirements.
• Provide support to Implementation Consultants in performing designated activities related to system setup and testing within the project delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to Reporting Manager.
• Provide regular status updates to Project Leads.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
• Supporting best practice and excellence with a 'can do' attitude.
