Dayforce, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Salaried Payroll Delivery Manager I to lead a team of payroll specialists for an assigned client book.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, process sustainability, and day-to-day payroll operations with a strong emphasis on US/Canada payroll knowledge. The position supports remote work anywhere in the Philippines, with normal hours aligned to EST and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of payroll knowledge in high-volume operations (US/Canada).
• End-to-end payroll experience a plus with strong analytical and technical expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with leadership, internal partners and customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel intermittently and support EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day payroll operations for a book of Canada/US clients with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee quality control, audits, and process improvements to reduce errors.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet timelines and SLAs.
• Provide coaching to Payroll Specialists and establish SOPs for consistency.
• Prepare metrics and business reviews for executives and stakeholders.
