CloudPay Inc. is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant in Manila to help onboard clients onto our global payroll platform. You will help configure solutions, support payroll project delivery, and ensure a smooth client setup worldwide.

This role is ideal for individuals with payroll, HRIS, or business systems implementation experience who are eager to apply analytical and problem-solving skills in a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing or HRIS implementation.
• Experience in support, configuration or implementation of business applications.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to learn new business applications.
• Excellent communication with business users and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement payroll projects and execute designated tasks for customers on time and accurately.
• Provide support to customers on payroll-related matters to ensure high service levels.
• Identify business and technical needs to provide a quality, consistent user experience.
• Configure, test and implement designed solutions aligned with global requirements.
• Support Implementation Consultants in project delivery activities (setup and testing).
• Provide regular status updates to Reporting Manager and Project Leads; assist with assigned tasks.
