Job summary

CloudPay in Manila is seeking a Payments Specialist to ensure payroll-related payments are processed accurately and on time. You will collaborate with customers, payment providers, and internal teams to deliver a seamless pay experience across markets.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail to support reconciliation, vendor interactions, and onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications

• High level of customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels with clients and partners via telephone and email across multiple countries.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Organized with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Adapt quickly to new processes and ways of working.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and internet-based software; payroll/treasury knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external vendors to ensure smooth and timely processing of net and statutory payments.
• Ensure funds are requested from clients in a timely manner and manage client requests for compliance.
• Prepare and review reconciliation reports for the client’s accounting department.
• Maintain process documentation as required.
• Set up bank details for new payees correctly.
• Assist, as necessary, in the implementation of new customers.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
