Job summary

All Visual & Light Systems Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll, validate wages and deductions, and ensure timely payroll releases.

You will handle 13th month pay, Alpha List for BIR tax processing, maintain payroll records, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Processes and validates employee payroll, including wages, deductions, and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax).
• Computes and processes 13th month pay in accordance with company policy and statutory requirements.
• Prepares and generates the Alpha List of Employees for BIR tax processing and other related reportorial requirements.
• Ensures timely and accurate release of payroll to employees.
• Reconciles payroll discrepancies and resolves employee payroll concerns.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation.
• Ensures compliance with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
