Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Payroll Consultant to join our growing team. This role is focused primarily on the subscription and client support side of payroll services. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients using our payroll system, assisting them with inquiries, system concerns and general support.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, highly trainable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with payroll system concerns, inquiries, and subscription-related concerns
• Provide timely and professional customer support through email, chat, phone calls, or virtual meetings
• Guide clients in navigating and maximizing the use of the payroll system
• Maintain accurate records of client concerns, resolutions, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and service
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client concerns are addressed efficiently
