Job summary

Private Advertiser in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations for our workforce. This full-time role sits in the Accounting department and ensures accurate and timely salary processing.

You will manage payroll, deductions, taxes, payslips, and records; collaborate with HR; implement payroll systems; generate reports; and lead a small payroll team. A thorough knowledge of local labour laws and payroll software is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of payroll management experience.
• Knowledge of local labour laws and taxation.
• Experience with payroll software and spreadsheets.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.

• Prepare and submit mandatory payroll reports and filings to government authorities.

About the role

As the Payroll Manager in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits.
