Job summary

Alessandra Garments Manufacturing Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking a full-time Payroll/HR Administrator to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliant HR operations.

You will monitor attendance, manage records, assist in recruitment, and prepare employment documents while maintaining confidentiality. The role requires experience in payroll, timekeeping, and familiarity with local government-mandated contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, payroll, or admin roles.
• Knowledge of payroll calculation and timekeeping.
• Familiar with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG.
• Understanding Philippine labor standards.
• Proficient with Excel or Sheets.
• Able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process employee payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor attendance, absences, tardiness, undertime, overtime, and leaves.
• Compute salaries, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
• Maintain employee records and files.
• Assist in recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Prepare employment documents, contracts, notices, memos, and other HR-related forms.
• Prepare Simple Company Policy
• Monitor probationary periods and assist in performance assessments.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Assist in handling employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues professionally.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor requirements.
• Assist in processing and monitoring government-mandated contributions and employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Prepare payroll summaries, reports, and other HR-related documentation.
• Coordinate with management regarding employee performance, attendance, and staffing requirements.
• Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.
