Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery Associate Manager with deep expertise in payroll processing and SAP Payroll. The role leads payroll operations, ensures timely pay, supports audits, and drives continuous improvement across the team.

You will oversee end-to-end payroll activities, manage SLAs, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet objectives while working in a hybrid setup in Taguig/BGC.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll supervisory experience.
• Strong end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• SAP Payroll experience is required.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig/BGC.
• Willing to work on a day shift.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
• Candidates previously or currently employed with Accenture are not eligible.
• Must not have an active Workday profile with Accenture.

Responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for team and customer issues.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including Gross-to-Net calculations and pay distribution.
• Conduct payroll audit activities and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Produce General Ledger feeds and payroll reports.
• Manage post-payrun activities and required vendor/government data distribution.
• Drive operational metrics, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve contractual and organizational objectives.
• Participate in strategic and annual planning activities.
• Develop and support team members under the reporting line.
