• Answer payroll-related questions from clients and employees
• Prepare monthly statutory remittance forms
• Draft statutory registration forms
• Assist employees and clients in filing statutory benefits (maternity, sickness, loans)
• Perform payroll manually
• Troubleshoot statutory-related concerns
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
