MedGrocer, a digitally-enabled healthcare company in the Philippines, is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to manage end-to-end payroll operations onsite in Makati. You will review timekeeping, process payouts, and maintain precise payroll records while ensuring compliance with government mandates.

The role involves handling employee benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), addressing payroll-related inquiries, and ensuring timely remittance of contributions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in finance or accounting-related positions preferred.
• Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
• Must work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the payroll process from start to finish, including timekeeping, calculating pay, processing transactions, and maintaining records.
• Ensure that payroll-related documents are accurate, complete, and in compliance with government mandates.
• Address and resolve employee complaints regarding payroll systems or transactions.
• Manage and administer mandatory employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Process employee contributions and facilitates timely remittance to relevant government agencies.
