Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, BA, or related field.
• Experience in payroll processing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and other statutory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and ensure timely salary release.
• Verify attendance, overtime, leave, and payroll data.
• Maintain payroll records and employee information.
• Compute salaries, deductions, and government contributions.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with HR and Accounting regarding payroll concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data.
• Assist employees with payroll inquiries.
