Stellar 167 Group of Companies is seeking a Payroll and Billing professional to manage day-to-day payroll preparation and billing activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and manual computations.

The role requires onsite work in Pasig City with a compressed M-TH 8AM-6PM; F 8AM-5PM schedule. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration and at least 2 years of hands-on payroll and billing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years in payroll, billing, or accounting functions.
• Experience with manual payroll computation.
• Experience in billing preparation and reconciliation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic office applications.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City; compressed work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process manual payroll for employees and deployed manpower.
• Check attendance, timesheets, overtime, absences, and other payroll-related records.
• Compute salaries, deductions, and other payroll adjustments accurately.
• Prepare billing statements and supporting documents for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding payroll and billing concerns.
• Maintain accurate payroll and billing records and files.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
