Job summary

Universal Access and Systems Solutions Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Pasig to ensure accurate semi-monthly payroll and final pay processing for a large employee base. You will manage government contributions, employee benefits, and maintain precise payroll records in line with regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with HRIS and payroll systems, and the ability to work onsite daily with high attention to detail and teamwork with HR and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Accountancy or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Experience handling payroll for 1,500 employees or more is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll and final pay for employees accurately and on time.
• Handle government statutory reports and payments (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, including loan contributions and monthly deductions).
• Administer employee monetary benefits and statutory benefits.
• Maintain and update payroll records in compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Use and maintain HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems efficiently.
• Generate reports related to payroll, government contributions, and employee deductions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, monetary benefits, and final pay, while also handling statutory government contributions and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll and final pay for employees accurately and on time
• Handle government statutory reports and payments (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, including loan contributions and monthly deductions)
• Administer employee monetary benefits and statutory benefits
• Maintain and update payroll records in compliance with labor regulations and company policies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willing to learn, be trained, and work onsite daily
