Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field required.
• Fresh graduates with related knowledge may be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices, billing statements, and other billing documents.
• Monitor accounts receivable and track outstanding balances and payment due dates.
• Follow up with clients regarding overdue accounts and pending payments via calls or emails.
• Record and update payments received and ensure accurate posting of transactions.
• Reconcile billing records against payments and identify discrepancies for resolution.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding billing concerns and payment status.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and collection documents.
• Prepare regular billing and collection reports for management review.
• Assist in resolving billing disputes and discrepancies.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
