Job summary

Will Decena and Associates Inc. is seeking an HR professional to support compensation and benefits programs and to administer the HRIS.

The role includes handling payroll-related interactions with SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF offices, and maintaining updates on labor standards and advisories impacting compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will report to the HRD Manager and provide guidance to managers and staff on compensation matters, while supervising daily benefits administration

Responsibilities

• Reports administratively and functionally to the HRD Manager
• Assists in the design, implementation, communication and administration of compensation and benefits programs
• Supervises daily compensation and benefits administration
• Administers the company's HRIS
• Provides support to managers and staff having concerns on compensation and benefits
• Transacts with SSS, PhilHealth and HDMF Offices
• Transacts with designated banks and facilitates application for payroll accounts of employees
• Keeps updates on general labor standards and other laws/advisories pertaining to compensation and benefits
