The ideal candidate has a BSBA in a related field and 1–3 years of hospital payroll experience, with capabilities in timekeeping and government taxation. Willingness to start immediately and work with minimal supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Timekeeping knowledge and experience in payroll processes.
• End-to-end payroll processing—from timesheets to payments.
• Knowledge of government benefits and taxation as applicable to payroll in PH.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of the monthly end-to-end payroll function.
• Administer and calculate employee benefits, entitlements, commissions or incentives including statutory awards and group benefits.
• Process payroll, verify timesheets, calculate benefits and ensure timely payments.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries.
• Assist with integration, centralization, and standardization of payroll across the Group.
• Ensure HRIS compliance with local payroll regulations.

About the role

This role involves ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the monthly end-to-end payroll function, administering and calculating employee benefits, leave entitlements, commissions, or incentives including statutory awards, group benefits, and termination payments.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of the monthly end-to-end payroll function
• Administer and calculate employee benefits, leave entitlements, commissions, or incentives including statutory awards, group benefits, and termination payments
• Process payroll, including verifying timesheets, calculating employee benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries
• Assist with the integration, centralization, and standardization of the payroll process across the Group
• Ensure HRIS complies with all local regulatory and legal requirements related to payroll transactions
• Review and update operating manual procedures yearly and when necessary
• Assist on other ad-hoc projects and tasks related to Payroll and HR as required

About you

• Graduate of BSBA Human Resource, Financial, or Accounting related courses
• 1-3 years of hospital experience
• Knowledgeable with Timekeeping, End-to-End Payroll Process, Government Benefits and Taxation
• Can work under minimal supervision
• Responsible, punctual, and efficient
• Willing to render work immediately
