Job summary

ASW Philippines, an Australian-led healthcare services group, seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll records, process changes, and coordinate with HR to ensure a seamless employee experience. Based in Manila with a hybrid setup (6:00AM – 3:00PM Philippine Time, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote), you will ensure accuracy, handle payroll documentation, and support continuous process improvements.

• Calculate and prepare new employee pay information.
• Coordinate with the HR team regarding employee movements and updates.
• Provide administrative support to the Payroll team.

What You'll Do

Key Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience in a similar role supporting an Australian-based employer.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of accounting software and payroll/accounting systems, with a positive and professional team-oriented attitude.

Work setup:

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6:00AM – 3:00PM Philippine Time following a hybrid setup, with 3 days onsite and 2 days work-from-home per week.
