Job summary

MedGrocer, a digitally-enabled healthcare provider in the Philippines, seeks a Payroll and Benefits Associate to manage end-to-end payroll operations and ensure timely remittance of government benefits.

On-site in Makati, you will resolve employee inquiries, oversee timekeeping and records, and administer mandatory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, while supporting process improvements and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; finance/accounting exposure preferred.
• Experience with payroll and government benefits is a plus.

The Payroll and Benefits Associate manages end-to-end payroll operations, resolves employee inquiries, and ensures accurate compliance, administration, and timely remittance of mandatory government benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that payroll-related documents are accurate, complete, and in compliance with government mandates.
• Oversee the entire payroll process from start to finish, including tasks such as timekeeping, calculating pay, processing transactions, and maintaining records.

• Address and resolve employee complaints regarding payroll systems or transactions.
• Manage and administer mandatory employee benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Process employee contributions and facilitate timely remittance to relevant government agencies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or other related fields.
• Preferably has experience in finance or accounting-related positions.

• Must work onsite in Makati.
