MedGrocer is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Assistant who will manage full-cycle payroll processing, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure timely remittance of government benefits. Based in Makati, you will handle validating documents, administering PhilHealth, SSS, and Pag-IBIG contributions, and supporting compliance with government mandates.

Fresh graduates or experienced professionals are welcome.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates or experienced professionals.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in finance or accounting roles preferred.
• Onsite work in Makati required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire payroll process from start to finish.
• Address and resolve employee payroll questions and concerns.
• Verify payroll documents for accuracy and compliance with government mandates.
• Manage and administer PhilHealth, SSS, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
• Process employee contributions and remittances to government agencies.
