Job summary

CloudPay Asia seeks an enthusiastic Associate UK Payroll Specialist to join our growing team in the Philippines. You will work on multinational client payrolls, gaining hands-on experience in processing payrolls, manual calculations, statutory compliance, and process improvements.

With full training provided, you’ll manage client payrolls, support payroll-related inquiries, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on your growth and career development.

Qualifications

• Confident working with Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent time management and administrative skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time, and efficiently.
• Provide support to clients on all payroll-related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a backup covering for holidays or emergencies.
• Research discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Reconcile and file required reports for relevant government agencies.
• Review payrolls at the end of each month and seek assistance to make improvements where necessary.
• Be involved in process improvement.
