Job summary

INFOSYS BPM LIMITED Philippine Branch is seeking a Payroll Specialist to handle tier 1 payroll issue resolution, data reporting, and confidential document processing as part of our CLIFE+S values.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy or related field, at least 2 years of payroll experience, and willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig, including mid shifts and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
• Good attention to details and strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work mid shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides tier 1 issue resolution and case management of payroll related concerns.
• Prepares data reports for payroll functions and transactions.
• Compiles and processes confidential payroll documents.
• Ensures employees’ documents and details are accurate to avoid payroll issues.
• Collaborates with Payroll counterpart for process improvement.
• Collaborates with multiple teams for updating SOPs.
