Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support cycle and off-cycle payroll activities in our Philippines (Bulacan/Meycauayan) team. You will handle data entry, escheatment reversals, and end-to-end payroll tasks within a global, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a shared services environment with payroll knowledge.
• Strong SAP HR/Payroll system experience and data handling skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to support end-to-end payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-cycle payroll activities (time files upload, Kronos).
• Data entry for off-cycle payroll requests and corrections.
• Process payment replacements and reversals for escheatment.
• Validate bank reports and address data issues or anomalies.
• Correct absences and attendances; update payroll records.
• Perform mass updates: deductions, allowances, one-time payments.
• Validate infotypes for tax setup and end of employment.
• Handle end-of-employment tasks until final pay is generated.
• Maintain data for year-end adjustments and special requests.
• Support year-end payroll activities; assist with claims process.
