Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions in Meycauayan is seeking a Rewards Specialist to manage end-to-end rewards processes across assigned markets. You will ensure accurate setup, validation, and timely delivery of salary reviews, bonuses, benchmarking, and related tasks in global systems such as SuccessFactors and SAP.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience, with strong attention to data privacy and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of core rewards processes.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, Employee Central, SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and data privacy discipline.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end rewards processes in line with global standards, SLAs and market requirements.
• Ensure accurate setup, validation, reconciliation, and completion of rewards activities in SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and/or SAP.
• Deliver timely and high-quality outputs for assigned markets, adhering to timelines.
• Respond to standard and moderately complex rewards-related inquiries and cases.
• Support automation, dashboards and process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, CoCs, Contact Centers, and Payroll teams as needed.
