Job summary

SAP SE in Pasig City, Philippines, seeks an HR Payroll specialist (temporary, up to 6 months) to support payroll processing for all entities in the Philippines. You will work on local and global projects, optimise systems, services and processes, under guidance of senior payroll specialists.

The role requires at least 3 years in HR/administration with payroll knowledge, familiarity with SAP HCM, and strong English. MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in administration or HR with payroll exposure.
• Adequate knowledge of Philippines payroll law, practices, and procedures.
• Experience with SAP payroll system (HCM) is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; HR customer-oriented environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assisting payroll processing and reporting procedures to ensure timely payments and compliance.
• Providing guidance on local laws, policies, and country-specific topics under senior supervision.
• Support in developing evaluations and reports for legal requisites and audits.
• Collaborate with external authorities and third parties, and monitor payroll SOX controls.
• Contribute to implementing global processes while adhering to local calendars and regulations.
• Serve as main contact for non-standard payroll processes for local SAP HRSC and authorities.
• Help coach tier 1 and 2 teams to resolve standard payroll cases.
