Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions in Meycauayan, Bulacan invites you to join our team as a Payroll Specialist. You will execute on-cycle payroll, handle data entry for off-cycle requests, process payments, validate bank reports, and ensure accuracy of tax settings and end-of-employment processing.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of SAP HR/Payroll experience, preferably within a Shared Services environment, with meticulous attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least two years SAP HR/Payroll system experience.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-cycle payroll activities (time files upload/Kronos).
• Perform data entry for off-cycle payroll requests.
• Process payment replacement & reversals for escheatment.
• Validate bank reports and address data issues or anomalies.
• Make corrections in absences and attendances.
• Execute mass updates in payroll records and related deductions.
• Validate tax setup infotypes and end of employment.
• Perform end-of-employment tasks until final pay is generated.
• Maintain data for payroll adjustments for year-end processing.
• Participate in payroll year-end activities.
• Perform end-to-end claims process with PYA team.

A Day in the Life

• Execute on-cycle payroll activities (eg: time files upload/kronos time management)
• Perform data entry for off-cycle payroll requests
• Process payment replacement & reversals for escheatment
• Validate bank reports and takes appropriate actions to address data issues or anomalies
• Performs corrections in absences & attendances
• Executes mass updates in some payroll-related records recurring deductions/allowances, one-time payments/deductions and absence quotas
• Validate critical infotypes related to tax set up and end of employment
• Perform tasks related to end of employment until final pay is generated
• Maintain data for payroll manual results adjustments based on year-end processing requirements and special requests
• Participate in some payroll year-end activities
• Perform end to end claims process in scope with PYA team (eg; run report; analysis)
