Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. seeks a dedicated Payroll Specialist to process and verify employee payroll accurately and on time. The role includes reviewing attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions while maintaining up-to-date payroll records.

You will handle government-mandated deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), prepare reports, and coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll inquiries. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of payroll experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years in payroll processing or related HR/Finance functions.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll processes and statutory deductions.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Experience with payroll systems or HRIS is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify employee payroll accurately and on time.
• Review attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, and inputs.
• Calculate salaries, benefits, deductions, and compensation.
• Maintain payroll records and confidentiality of information.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.
