Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll processes in Metro Manila. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and collaboration with HR and Finance to ensure timely and accurate compensation.

Responsibilities include processing payroll, reviewing time records, calculating salaries and deductions, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Proficiency in Excel and HRIS is preferred; 1–2 years' experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and statutory deductions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to handle confidential employee information.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare employees' payroll accurately and on time.
• Review attendance, timesheets, overtime, leaves, deductions, and other payroll-related data.
• Calculate salaries, overtime pay, allowances, incentives, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
• Ensure accurate processing of government-mandated contributions, taxes, and other statutory deductions.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality of payroll information.
• Reconcile payroll data and investigate discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and other payroll-related documents.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance regarding payroll concerns, adjustments, and employee inquiries.
• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and employee compensation concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable payroll regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for payroll audits and reporting.
• Perform other payroll and administrative tasks as assigned.
