Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience in payroll processing and in accounting functions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Review time records, payroll data, deductions, and adjustments.
• Maintain payroll records and entries; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Compute commissions and payroll for multiple compensation plans.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Utilize Excel for analysis, reporting, and data management.
