Job summary

MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and maintain precise records in our Pampanga office.

You will handle bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and regular financial reporting while upholding high accuracy and attention to detail. This role supports a collaborative team environment and contributes to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and Xero.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to calculate, post and manage financial records.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data entry and records.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Process payroll, including superannuation, WorkCover, and payroll tax requirements.
• Prepare and maintain regular financial reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Perform other tasks as directed from time to time.
