Responsibilities
Assist with processing off-cycle payroll runs.
Assist in the processing of payroll of expatriates and preparing the related payroll reports and debit memo to Japan for the funding.
Assist in the computation and processing of last pay of resigning/retiring employees.
Prepare monthly statutory remittance reports and attachments.
Process the payment of monthly statutory contributions.
Prepare BIR Form 1601-C based on the payroll registers.
Assist in the reports for year‑end annualization of withholding tax (Alphalist, Form 1604‑C, Form 2316).
Assist employees in obtaining community tax certificates for Form 2316.
Update subsidiary ledgers of employee bank loans and advances to employees, and monitor and completeness status of outstanding amounts.
Assist in the preparation of payroll‑related schedules for financial statement auditor.
Assist in the preparation of payroll‑related reports for DOLE auditor.
