Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Operations Support professional in Vertis, Quezon City. The role covers daily transaction reconciliation, ticket processing, and resolving escalations with internal and external partners to meet SLA.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and can work well in a team setting. This full-time position offers a basic pay with performance bonus, HMO after 3 months, and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in collections, payments, or financial operations preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily Transaction Level Reconciliation and ensure disputes are resolved within SLA
• Process and resolves assigned tickets on a timely manner
• Attending and resolving escalated concerns from Internal and External Partners
• Processing ADA Enrollment forms (physical and electronic) to be sent to banks
• Addressing ADA Enrollment concerns raised in any form
• Processing Cash Loan Disbursement (Generation of Payment File, Importing Confirmation and Feedback file)
• Ensures to send payment advisory to Internal and External Partners/Team as necessary
• Escalate any Payments and Disbursement issues encountered to the immediate superior and assist to ensure that issues will be resolved within SLA
• Handle specific Payments/Bank/Disbursement Partner for all partner’s concern
• Payments/ADA/Disbursement Subject Matter Expert

• Preferably with experience in collections, payments, or financial operations (Admin and Clerical Tasks / Office Admin / Payments / Banking / Financial Services)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and an effective team player
• Willing to work in Vertis, Quezon City
