Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a proactive field sales advocate to promote HC Credit Card and other key products at partner stores. You will engage customers in-store, explain card benefits, and guide them through the application process while maintaining a professional image of the brand at the designated kiosks and POS.

Ideal candidates may have no prior work experience, but those with frontline or field sales experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate (Grade 10 or vocational)
• No work experience required; sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS

Responsibilities

• FIELD WORK: Proactive selling of HC Credit Card and key products
• Maintain HC image at designated stores / partner retail POS
• Approach and offer HC Credit Card to potential in-store clients
• Explain HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Assist customers to complete consumer finance applications per internal policies
• Prepare client documents and collect information for the system
• Keep workplace presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect company equipment

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
• Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store
• Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
• Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• At least High School Graduate, finished Grade 10 or Vocational Course graduate
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS (e.g. Retail, Sales Lady/Man, Merchandiser, Field Sales)
