Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in payments/fintech operations.
• Familiarity with PESONet and InstaPay is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Excel; experience with dashboards is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
• Monitor dashboards and alerts, escalating issues when needed.
• Support reconciliation by validating transaction records against partner/bank reports.
• Assist with exception handling and basic settlement tasks with internal/external teams.
• Coordinate with banks, e-wallets, and payment partners on routine concerns.
• Maintain documentation of daily activities, incidents, and resolutions.
• Support testing and validation for new payment features or processes.
• Follow internal controls and compliance for fiat money movement and customer transactions.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and small projects under Payments Operations.
