Job summary

Responsibilities include reconciliation, settlement, incident management, vendor coordination, risk/compliance support, and contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Related Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience in payment operations, fintech, banking, settlements, reconciliation is preferred.
• Familiarity with local rails (InstaPay/PESONet) and card/acquiring is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate daily reconciliations of assigned products and payment rails.
• Execute end-of-day settlement, funding, and exception handling with SLAs.
• Monitor, triage, and process tickets/concerns in Payment Operations within defined SLAs.
• Track partner performance, document issues, and follow through to closure.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities with evidence.
• Assist in UAT, go-lives, and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base.
