First Circle is a fast-growing FinTech in the Philippines, expanding into a full-stack neobank for SMEs. We are hiring a Payment Operations Analyst to manage the end-to-end payment processing workflow, ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, and optimize payment systems while delivering exceptional client support.

The role requires 0-1 year of experience or fresh graduates, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel/Sheets, with on-site work 3 days/week at our BGC office.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of relevant work experience or fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable with data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across teams.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload to ensure fast, reliable disbursement of funds to customer accounts.
• Ensure accurate data entry into company systems to enhance customer experience during disbursement.
• Identify errors in customer information to facilitate re-submission of accurate data/documents.
• Liaise with customers to confirm cheque pickup and receipt of physical cheques.
• Maintain records of returned cheques and navigate cheque dashboards for actions.
• Participate in designing new operational processes and platform improvements.
