Job summary

First Circle is hiring for a Risk Operations Support role in the Philippines. You will process SME loan applications by scraping and encoding client documents, and performing high-volume data entry with accuracy.

You will also conduct quality checks, store files systematically, and run credit checks in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a hybrid work setup with two days at our BGC office and remote work the rest of the time, with benefits including HMOs and meal/transport allowances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

As a member of the Risk Operations Support team, you will contribute by performing essential operational tasks involved in processing the SME loan applications we receive.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Information scraping and encoding of client-submitted documents
• Encoding large volumes of data with speed and accuracy
• Quality checks on encoded data (spotting discrepancies in numbers, and repairing / editing spotted errors)
• Storing of files systematically
• Running of credit checks
• Other tasks in relation to daily operations

Requirements

• Preferred to have 0-1 year of experience only. Bookkeeping and financial management-related internship experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills.
• Can keep up with a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines and targets.
