Job summary

First Circle is a fast-growing FinTech in Manila offering multi-currency accounts and SME lending services. As a Risk Operations Support member, you will process SME loan applications by encoding documents, handling large data volumes, and performing quality checks to ensure accuracy.

The role requires 0–1 year of experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

As a member of the Risk Operations Support team, you will contribute by performing essential operational tasks involved in processing the SME loan applications we receive.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Information scraping and encoding of client-submitted documents
• Encoding large volumes of data with speed and accuracy
• Quality checks on encoded data (spotting discrepancies in numbers, and repairing / editing spotted errors)
• Storing of files systematically
• Running of credit checks
• Other tasks in relation to daily operations

• Preferred to have 0-1 year of experience only. Bank and financial management-related internship experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills.
• Can keep up with a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines and targets.
