Job summary

First Circle is seeking a Payment Operations Analyst to manage the end-to-end payment processing workflow with accuracy, efficiency and compliance. You will optimize payment systems and provide exceptional client support in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role requires 0-1 year of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics, and on-site work three days a week at our BGC office. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and salary ranges reflect market rates for the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload for fast and reliable execution to ensure timely disbursement to customer accounts
• Ensure accurate data entry in company systems to improve the disbursement process
• Preemptively identify errors and request resubmission of information/documents
• Liaise with customers for cheque pickup confirmations and receiving physical cheques
• Maintain records of returned cheques and navigate cheque dashboard for actions
• Assist in leading new operational process design and platform improvements

We are looking for a Payment Operations Analyst who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payment processing workflow - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance - throughout the process. You will play a key role in optimizing payment systems and providing exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workload for fast and reliable execution to provide a consistent time taken to disburse funds to customer accounts.
• Ensure all data is accurately entered into the company's systems to elevate the customer experience in the disbursement process.
• Preemptively identify errors in the information provided by the customer to allow them to re-submit accurate information and/or documents for their loan for a more seamless process.
• Liaise with customers for confirmation of cheque pick-up and receiving physical cheques.
• Manages and maintains records of returned cheques from partner banks. Navigate cheque dashboard for necessary cheque actions
• Assist team in leading new operational process design such as building new policies and platform improvements.

• 0-1 year of relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
