We are hiring a Payment Operations Analyst to manage the end-to-end payment processing workflow, ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, and optimize payment systems while delivering exceptional client support.

The role requires 0-1 year of experience or fresh graduates, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel/Sheets, with on-site work 3 days/week at our BGC office.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload to ensure fast, reliable disbursement of funds to customer accounts.
• Ensure accurate data entry into company systems to enhance customer experience during disbursement.
• Identify errors in customer information to facilitate re-submission of accurate data/documents.
• Liaise with customers to confirm cheque pickup and receipt of physical cheques.
• Maintain records of returned cheques and navigate cheque dashboards for actions.
• Participate in designing new operational processes and platform improvements.

We are looking for a Payment Operations Analyst who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payment processing workflow - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance - throughout the process. You will play a key role in optimizing payment systems and providing exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workload for fast and reliable execution to provide a consistent time taken to disburse funds to customer accounts.
• Ensure all data is accurately entered into the company's systems to elevate the customer experience in the disbursement process.
• Preemptively identify errors in the information provided by the customer to allow them to re-submit accurate information and/or documents for their loan for a more seamless process.
• Liaise with customers for confirmation of cheque pick-up and receiving physical cheques.
• Manages and maintains records of returned cheques from partner banks. Navigate cheque dashboard for necessary cheque actions
• Assist team in leading new operational process design such as building new policies and platform improvements.

• 0-1 year of relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and derive insights from data.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams.

• Experience in payment operations or financial services is a plus, but not required.
• Amenable to a work on-site 3 days per week in our BGC office.

• Monthly salary range: PHP22,000 - PHP23,000
