The role requires 2+ years in international payments processing, proficiency in Excel, SWIFT knowledge, and flexibility for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• 2+ years in international payments processing.
• Knowledge of SWIFT and payment conventions.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify client payment requests with defined checks.
• Review queues, prioritize urgent items, and escalate as needed.
• Identify errors, document findings, and coordinate resolutions.
• Respond to routine service queries professionally.
• Maintain audit readiness through documented evidence.
• Create operating procedures and process documentation.
• Support onboarding and knowledge transfer.
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
