Job summary

JPMorganChase in Metro Manila is seeking a Payment Lifecycle Analyst to support intraday liquidity, funding activity, reconciliations, and risk management in a deadline-driven environment. You will work with Treasury, operations, and change teams to solve real challenges and improve how work gets done.

You will analyze line of business cash flows, investigate breaks, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen controls and client delivery, with opportunities to grow in cash operations

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and propose solutions under time constraints.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in time-sensitive, high-volume environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage intraday cash positions across Nostro accounts to ensure liquidity and partner with Treasury on funding needs.
• Execute fund transfers between internal and external Nostro accounts in line with controls and cut-off times.
• Perform daily reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve cash breaks.
• Monitor clearing queues and payment processing systems to support timely settlement and connectivity.
• Investigate payment delays, unmatched items, or incorrect postings and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Participate in regression testing and implementation activities for cash-processing enhancements.
• Support business continuity activities and contribute to automation or process improvements.
