Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and resolve issues under time constraints.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in time-sensitive, high-volume environments.
• Effective written and verbal communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in cash operations, market operations, or liquidity operations within a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor intraday cash positions across Nostro accounts to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Execute fund transfers between internal and external Nostro accounts per controls and cut-offs.
• Perform daily reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolution of cash breaks.
• Monitor clearing queues and payment processing systems to support timely settlements.
• Respond to operational issues by investigating delays, unmatched items, or incorrect postings.
• Participate in regression testing and implementation activities for cash-processing enhancements.
• Support business continuity and automation or process-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and global managers to simplify processes using data-driven approaches.
• Assist in incident management, providing updates to senior managers and relevant contacts.
• Contribute to global strategic initiatives and foster an inclusive work culture.
• Take ownership of issues through resolution with timely stakeholder communication.
